Clinical Research Assistant, based in Bucharest, Romania

Job summary:
As a Clinical Research Assistant you will be expected to provide clerical support to the project team during the study conduct and assist in regulatory submission, study conduct, study closure and other Clinical Research Associate activities during the study. You will be involved as well in CRA tasks under supervision. You will perform administrative tasks and contract preparation process.

Reporting to the Senior Clinical Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Clinical Operations team in Romania.

Main Tasks:
• Provides clerical support to project team during the study conduct
• Assisting in submission and other Clinical Research Associate activities e.g. compil-ing of regulatory packages, translation of clinical documents, updating trackers, assist-ing in feasibility
• Setting up and maintaining clinical investigator files and documentation in-house and on-site
• Performs in-house CRA tasks and on-site tasks under supervision, e.g. study file maintenance, drug accountability and other activities adequate to the level of skills and completed training
• Preparing investigator budget payments and tracking systems; generating tracking re-ports as assigned
• Performing data entry and maintenance of selected study tracking databases
• Preparing study-related documents and other materials for delivery to archives, at ap-propriate intervals
• Assisting in study supply management
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned by management

• University Degree in life sciences is required (Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Pharmacy etc.)
• Not required previous experience in clinical reserach, but is an advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Romanian
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work well within a team
• Computer competency
