Covid-19 Pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic is now upon us in Europe and we want to let you know that EastHORN has put measures in place to protect our staff and their families from the spread of this virus and to ensure minimal disruption to our business activities as per our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Policies.

We are committed to supporting you and your projects as best we can, despite restrictions on travel for our staff and clinical trial subjects and restricted access to clinical facilities. Our CRAs are performing remote monitoring where this is possible in order to assure patients’ safety as a priority and completeness of data entered into eCRFs. We are in close contact with sites and report to our clients on an ongoing basis any deviations from protocols and respective guidelines as well as the impacts on study timelines.

The vast majority of our staff are now working from home following the local guidelines, restrictions and with personnel back-up plans in place we are doing our best to avoid disruptions to our services.

The situation is evolving day-by-day and we will continuously review our procedures to ensure that our staff are protected and that our projects will continue without major deviations from the existing plans.
