IFAKs and Aid for Ukraine – How to Donate
For those that have been made aware of our appeal via social media and other routes, please see below for details.
We are providing beds for Ukrainian refugees in Poland. We are aiming for 100 bunk-beds and have made extremely good progress in a very short period of time. In addition to the beds we require bedding for 200 beds. We have our own transport arranged and need the items by 11th March latest.The items needed are listed below. If you are based in the UK please order from any online supplier and have the items delivered to:

If you are outside the UK Amazon.co.uk may be the best option. Please note that you need to use the UK Amazon website. You may be supplied with a code that we need in order to accept delivery. If this happens please forward the code by email: iain.gordon@easthorn.eu.
All items should fit a standard single bed, i.e. mattress 190cm x 90cm. We need:

- Waterproof Mattress Protectors
- Sheets
- Duvets
- Duvet Covers
- Pillows
- Pillow Cases
This list will be updated when we receive the max quantity of each item.
We also have a very urgent request for IFAKs (individual first aid kits) from our medical team in Ukraine. These are in short supply and if you can possibly help with sourcing these please let me know. Either pre-packed IFAKs in a rucksack or bulk contents that we can purchase and then make up the kits ourselves. Contents are listed below. We do not need these to be donated. We are able to purchase at the normal market value if they can be found on time.
